  "We stumbled across Kilverts whilst visiting Hay on Wye on a particularly cold, wet May day. They welcomed two wet humans and two wet dogs! Sadly we were too late to have lunch but the tea/coffee and snacks hit the spot for the humans and the cuddles from the customers were just what the dogs needed..." to cheer them up!
