  "We've recently returned from 10 days at Hotel Conca Park and had a great holiday in Sorrento. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly, and food was good. The hotel is well located with it only being a 5 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento, so we could easily go between the hotel and town when ..."out & about exploring the area. Our room was spacious and regularly cleaned. The one downside was our room being a cliff facing view, so the view from our balcony wasn't great, but we knew that when booking and we just spent more time sat in one of the many bars/cafes in Sorrento or by the pool, so wasn't a big problem for us. We really enjoyed our time in Sorrento and exploring the surrounding area, and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. " More >

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Maria, and all of the staff. Giovanni, the guest relations manager, was outstanding. We interacted with him daily. He had great suggestions for restaurants (Ghibli and REfoods were especially good), sights to visit, shops, etc. As in all great hotels, he corrected one small problem we had with exceptional customer service.
