Easy..." walk to all the attractions and you can catch a bus about 100 feet from the front door to go all over the area. You can buy a one day pass for up to 5 people for only 6.80 Euro. Just grab a route map that take off including the surrounding cities that are close. We would stay here again, no doubt about it. Our only ding is the lack of wash cloths.   "This Ibis hotel is the best from Ibis hotels that I've ever been (I'd visited only 2 Ibis hotels before - in Munich, Germany and in Kiev, Ukraine, because I prefer Mercure brand). This hotel has got very good location - less than 10 minutes walk from Ulm Hauptbahnhof (Central Railway station) and f..."rom Ulmer Munster and Ulm Rathaus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Certainly, it is only Ibis - rooms are small. But we lived in three in the room (Parents and a child) and we could live inside the room. The shower has got the best construction from showers that I saw in Ibis hotels before. Fortunately we lived in the room with a window toward a yard. Bells from all churches around weren't disturbing (You should bear in mind that some of it rings every 15 minutes). I think that everybody should visit Ulm and Ibis Ulm City would be right choice).   "This hotel is ok if passing through. There are smoking areas and non smoking area and pets are allowed. There is a burger king and gas station next door. They have to resturants but it is the same company with the same food just one side is fancy and the other is family friendly. They also have a.gi..."ft shop and a casino downstairs. Not everyone in the resturant and casino area are guests at the hotel, people.come in just to eat or gamble. It was ok for our 1 night.stay passing by on the autobahn. Would not make this a centeral point or main hotel for a large planned trip. If your American think nice truck stop. " More >
