  "My partner booked me in for a 'stress reliever spa recovery day'. My first impression was great. I was greeted by Michelle who was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me around the changing rooms and gym and even got me a bottle of water. I then changed and enjoyed the use of the hot tub and ..."sauna. The facilities were spotless. Then I made my way to the restaurant where I enjoyed an amazing meal. Again staff were very friendly and helpful. The last part of the day was an hour massage and facial, which was lovely and Marcia was a lovely therapist HOWEVER the advert was to include a hot stone massage and foot cleanse which I didn't receive. Very dissapointed and I will be contacting management. " More >

  "I revisited this hotel but this time decided to book a Top Deck room, I must say that it is a big improvement over the standard room. I had a full Sky+ package in the room, a Bose iphone dock (very useful for charging the phone if nothing else) and bottled water and Starbucks coffee very day. The be..."d and linen are stunning and the special toilettries are a big improvement on the standard room offerings. The top deck rooms are also much quieter than the standard rooms as they are pretty far from the bar and reception. The hotel again was great, excellent full buffet breakfast every morning and the pub attached had something going on every night, a Pink tribute act on the Friday night wasn't really my thing but it was fun. I ate in the pub a couple of times and it was good, I can recommend the fish and chips. Next time I am in the Black country I will be stopping here again. " More >
