I could not fault the hotel or the staff only for the decor in the rooms is a little outdated and breakfast time is a little chaotic. I had t..."o ask for more bread, marmalade, glasses for the orange juice and mugs for the tea. Tea, coffee, toast etc should be served to the table at breakfast time, this would result in things running a bit smoother and getting to eat your cooked breakfast while it is still hot! They are only small minor things. My biggest gripe (without sounding like a total complainer) was the Spa. When I arrived I did not find the girls overly welcoming. They do not have a separate changing area, you have to go into Leisure Centre changing rooms to change and it is crazy busy in there and floor is dripping wet.
