There was a good crowd of us and we sat in the courtyard enjoying cold drinks and again amazing food. Nothing was too much trouble for the new owners and they couldn't do enough to accomodate us.   "Just spent 3 days in Ironbridge and was recommended to stay at The Malthouse, when I arrived I was met by very helpfully and very friendly staff, who showed me to my room, I staying the Blue room, with real wood floors and a great veiw over the river, I decided to eat in the resturant that night and..." that was also a great choice. Great food, massive portions at a very reasonable price, got chatting to a few of the local drinkers at the bar and had a great laugh with them, my 2nd and 3rd night was just as good. With its funky interior design both in the resturant and the rooms, and its friendly staff, I would definately recommend The Malthouse the place to stay whilst around Ironbrigde, they'll definately be seeing me again!
