The customer service is 5* nothing was too much trouble. The room I had booked unbeknown to me had a fixed head shower wh..."ich I do not like. Changing rooms was not a problem at all to Laura the evening Receptionist. She showed me an alternative room and offered to help me move my belongings to this room. The day after I left my coat in the restaurant attached to the hotel and did not realise this until the next day. I was staying at the hotel to attend a funeral in Rainhill and needed the coat to wear for this. Carol and Faye the day receptionists tracked the coat down for me. I believe the staff that work there would easily be at home working in a 5* hotel as their customer service skills are exceptional. " More >
