We chose Nanan's Caroni Swamp Bird Sanctuary tour and saw loads of scarlet ibis roosting in the trees at dusk. This tour is approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel. Hotel has a small store behind front desk to sell water, ice-cream, beer, candy etc. for your late night snacks. Hotel has a Business Center with a printer for printing out your boarding pass.   "I was contacted by the management after my last review and urged to give them another try. An offer of an excellent package convinced me to do so. I can honestly say there was an improvement in the food. The breakfast was good especially as it was included in my rate . I enjoued their Caribbean ..."Buffet one evening and the food was very good and the service outstanding. Rooms are very comfortable and the gym and pool are good.
