They may work som to get better food in the restuarant. but traveling to Africa it was much moore than I expected."

  "I stayed at the hotel twice and I must say I had a great time. There were a few hitches though but didnt make my stay less great. Service is excellent. I totally enjoyed breakfast too. I was happy to notice on my second visit that you now have a high chair for kids. Staff were not too friendly..." first time I was there but my impression changed on my next visit. George- housekeeping was at his service best and so was George at the front desk. Ousman is also another pleasant lad and is the one who influenced my decision to stay because of his excellent sale of the hotel to me on the Telephone. Alberta was always full of welcoming smiles. The odd one out at the front desk is Akosua. Overly 'professional' which turns out as very unfriendly and wouldn't even as much ask if you enjoyed your stay or offer help or ask how you are doing if she sights you in the lobby.   "We checked- in in the suite which is a family room, we had a living and bed room, a mini kitchen and a balcony by the pool. the hotel is very beautiful with clean environment and spotless sheets which are change every day. The air condition works perfectly and the WiFi is accessible both in the hote..."l room and in all the sitting areas in the hotel. The staffs are polite and ready to assist you. I really enjoyed their meal especially the Turkish roll which was recently introduced. Orders might delay a bit when the restaurant is busy but i have no problem with that because i understand it perfectly. The pool is cleaned every morning and water is very clear. The hotel receptionists are friendly and have a welcoming attitude. The hotel rates are the cheapest in Tema and the quality of service is "wow" excellent. i doubted when i got to know its a two star hotel because i rated it a four star. This is really a place to be in tema and very easy to locate. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. " More >
