I have enjoyed 5 nights stay very much and would give this hotel 5 points but only after few things in hotel would be looked aft..."er and improved: 1. Good quality free WiFi access throughout all hotel (not only in the lobby); 2. Overheating (therefore waste of energy and money) of restaurant room; 3. Acceptance of major credit cards. One more thing - although hotel caters mainly German travelers, as majority of hospitality venues from hotels to museums it suffers from lack of information in at least one more other major foreign language than German. It would give this hotel great added value (and advantage over competitors) if there would be written information about its history, nowadays, services, hiking trails and other activities provided and available in English.
