  "I am a regular at The Cornmill, visiting about once a month due to family commitments. I sat at the next table to the previous contributor. I heard him and his friends planning their attack on the Cornmill over their breakfast, and laughing about the fact that they had broken the tap by turning it..." in the wrong direction. They clearly enjoyed complaining about anything and everything and they were planning to negotiate a drop in the room rate. They are entitled to their opinion but Karen And Chris are a hard working couple trying to make a living in a difficult business. They have a style of their own which may not be to everyones taste but the rooms are always clean, and in my opinion warm. I always turn the radiator off. I have never seen mould in a kettle. Nobody wants to be ripped off but guests should not expect hotel style facilities in a bed and breakfast, which is in fact someones home.   "I stayed one night for a nearby wedding. Absolutely lovely place. The room was spotless, really well put together, bed was so comfy. You can see all the thought that has gone into this place by the owners. Some lovely touches, fresh milk in the fridge, bottled water etc. The breakfast was outstandin..."g!   "prices seem a bit high, but food has improved since our last visit, and we are "regulars and locals". Atmosphere can't be beaten, very relaxing and undemanding. Staff are always friendly attentive. The "dog situation " is a problem for us, we love dogs but don't really want them so close and wagging..." tails near our plates, in fairness there is a sign on the entrance door stating only well behaved dogs, but only to seated on the floor, alas some owners let them on the customer seats.
