On arrival, I was delighted to find elegant architecture, immaculate gardens and, despite only being a hotel with around 65 rooms, four of the most beautiful, huge swimming pools I have ever swum in - one of them being an infinity pool set above the beach with the hotels own beach club and restaurant.
