Alejandro welcomed us and was exceptionally helpful with booking tours and giving recomendations for restaurants. The hotel restaurant was lovely and the food was good. They have two won..."derful dogs that we really enjoyed. Overall it was a wonderful retreat and great experience. I would say the only down side is Claudia. She is the women who works in the mornings and she was quite rude and very unhelpful when we asked her to book a winery tour and asked for recomendations. It's unfortunate that such an unpleasant woman is working at such a wonderful place. If you can avoid Claudia you will have a wonderful experience! " More >
