  "The hotel right in the centre of Biella is really convenient. The room was just fine - I would have preferred a bath rather than a shower but the bathroom was spotless and modernised. Breakfast was great - really what a continental breakfast should be with lots of freash fruit, breads and yummy parm..."a ham. Staff were friendly, relaxed but efficient. Could not fault and really good value for the money charged. I go through Biella on business and the Augustus delivers on all counts. If I have one comment its those two stairs up to the lifts are annoying if you have a heavy suitcase and the lift is tiny " More >

  "Very good service from friendly, and helpful staff. A little tricky to locate, but ample safe parking. The room was large, clean and was enough space for a family of three. The bathroom was was rather large than what was expected. Breakfast was continental, and value for money."
