Excellent service, great rooms, very pretty location and local pub just down the road was a treat (Kings Head). Continental breakfast was very good. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

after a long walk on the fells at Whinlatter forest we stayed here for one night. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and first class. Good location for keswich and very peaceful although near a main road.Staff ery helpfull.

Looks good on the internet but not as nice in real life! Bathroom not cleaned to my own standards. Bin still had the last guests rubbish in it. Breakfast was ok, but I wouldn't stay again, quite expensive too. General staff apathy.
