Great lack of hygiene, in the room and in the restaurant. The beach was dirty. In nights there was terrible noise arround our hotel room, we could not sleep. The general manager does not want to solve problems. Service in the bars was very poor. Meel in the restaurant was not tasty, pure choice.

Personnel is very rude. The steam-bath room in the Spa area is cold, the Jacuzzi has cold water, the cubicle showers only have cold water as have the showers in the changing rooms. the hotel is beautiful but the service & the stuff are terrible. Normally you pay your money to enjoy and relax but in reality to meet the most rude people I had met in my hole life ( reception and commercial manager). In the end you realize that you pay money to get anger and sick.
