Part of the De Vere chain, this country house setting provides the usual standard of conference facilities. Rooms are a bit more basic than some of the other participants in the chain, but are perfectly adequate for short stays. £29 offer was good value. Room was fine but the views and old house made this a bit special. Pity the jacuzzi was not working but pool was nice. Plenty of breakfast (extra, book in advance for discount) but agree it was a bit cafeteria.
