Rooms are dirty and have not been clean or done. Lots of dust and mites. Corridors are eerie and lamp shades damaged and wall paper torn.... Very run down. Even backpackers accommodation clean and comfortable. I would not even allow my dog to stay in such room. I was also totally disgusted by the extremely rude and poor customer service... More

we were looking for somewhere to stay in Preston for 2 weeks holiday. When we tried to book at Bell city it was very confussing due to 4 hotel brands in 1 complex all run by the same people. We arrived at the hotel at midnight for check in. After confussion with staff on check in, we made our way... More

The location is 20 mins from the airport & 20 mins from the CBD (or City Centre). Best way to get to town is to catch the 86 tram, but you have to buy a MyKi travel card from a local 7/11 shop. This was all told to me by the reception team who were very helpful. The room I... More

I stayed nine nights at sleep & go preston and found the room small but comfortable,my only two grizzles would be the distance from the CBD which was about 40mins on the tram, also on there advertisment they mentioned a daily free shuttle to town but every time i asked about it an excuse came up,i actually dont think it exsisted,lots... We stayed on floor 6 in a balcony suite. The room was well appointed - the bed was large and the mattress and pillows were very soft, the bathroom was lovely. However - the walls appear to be made from cardboard - every noise can be heard from the room next door (including someone using the toilet). The doors are... More

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and discovered after arriving late at night that these rooms are actually ground floor/right next to the Bar & swimming pool area. Hi Travel4me23, What lovely feedback to pass on to our reception staff, thank you, we are very pleased to hear it. We understand your tip about staying on higher floors, in general they can be quieter, and due to the Grand Prix we were completely booked. In other circumstances we would have been more than happy to move you, which... More
