Friday and Saturday (did not stay on Sunday) are the noisest nights that I have every spent in a Hotel. The noise from outside is unbelievable and it goes on until 6.30 am. It is not the noise from music. Requested a quite room and when complained about noise was given ear plugs.

We booked this hotel on referral from my father who lives close by. If you are expecting a great first impression, you will be a bit underwhelmed. Its a average budget hotel with small and simple breakfast. The reception will not be closed after 7pm so you better make sure you access card is with you and it is in working order. Great hotel, great location! People are very nice and very helpfull. Its in the middle of everything. (shops, restaurants etc) Breakfast is small but nice. Nothing fancy but still tasty. I arranged an early check-in and was given a room that was occupied (but not listed as occupied???) I opened the door much to my embarrassment and that of the couple in the room.
