My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst I was attending a local conference. The location of the hotel is superb with some lovely views but the hotel badly needs some TLC ! We just ate lunch here and cannot say anything about the rooms. Laholmen have a perfect location in Stromstad and the view from the restaurant terrace is fantastic, however the "tapas" was terrible. Bad schrimps, tasteless potatoes, boring cheeses and bad aioli.

A really nice weekendplace I like to go back to. Clean fresh rooms with a lovely vy. Close to everything you need.

Excellent location in the middle of the town and harbour. My room was spacious with nice views, good furniture and a standard bathroom with shower. The restaurant was not very exciting, we had both lunch, dinner and breakfast and none of these meals were worth remembering. Good bar/night-club which was very lively when we visited.
