My wife and I stayed here for two nights before our wedding at the Dunnottar Castle in Scotland. We were immediately welcomed into David and Michelle's house and shown to our very clean, spacious and comfortable room with an incredible view! After a good nights sleep we woke up and enjoyed a great, homemade Scottish breakfast and went out to... More

We had a great time in Stonehaven, and this B&B topped it off with its large room, cleanliness and freshness, and very comfortable beds -- oh, and the breakfast was great! They served a full Scottish breakfast and plenty of other food for those of us not quite so adventurous. It was conveniently located near Dunottar castle and the town... More

Far enough off the beaten track to feel like you're out in the country, close enough to Stonehaven for all the facilities you might need. Beautifully extended farmhouse giving comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation for guests. David and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Home made croissants, Scottish pancakes, bread and muesli were all delicious.... More

This is a wonderful B & B. From the lovely homemade baking in our room to the generous breakfast, and the yummy home treated bacon, David and Kathleen are absolutely superb hosts. We strongly recommend staying at this B & B on a working Beef Farm. (It also has a lovely roomy ensuite bathroom.)

We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here and felt truly welcome! At night it was so wonderful quiet and the stars are so bright, as the farm is located in the fields. Although it's not far away from Dunnottar castle and the Sea. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of home made extras. The rooms are fondly decorated, spacious... More

Accommodation around Aberdeen is difficult to get but we were SO lucky to find this. Clean, comfortable, spacious, everything you could wish for in a B&B. The setting is lovely, on a farm, and wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was delicious, especially the bread, the croissants and the home-cured bacon. The hosts, Michelle and David are charming. A great place!

The rooms were so lovely and cosy, with ample space so you didn't feel as if you were in a small, confined space. The bathroom was lovely and the best shower that we have had in the UK! David and Michelle were lovely hosts and gave us a wonderful suggestion of where to go for a small hike. Wonderful find.

Large clean rooms, furnished to a high standard with a great breakfast in the morning. Yes it is about 2 miles up a narrow road from the A90 but it is well worth the two or three minutes it takes to get there. And when you do get there you are assured of peace and quiet!! The room was well... More

A very warm welcome and a lovely family room for Grandpa, Mummy and 2 children of 5 and 3 as we visited family in Aberdeen for 2 nights in February. Off the main roads and up a farm road so peaceful and enjoyable and a huge choice of breakfasts with much 'home made'. Yes, took about 30 minutes to Aberdeen... More
