We booked 2 rooms at this hotel because it is near Borobudur temple just 5 minutes walk. Arrived at this hotel at 8pm , tired, hoping for a good night sleep, just to find out that the room and especially the bathroom are dirty. We found large amount of bug's eggs all over the bathtub. yuck!. We didnt have a... More

Unfortunately, I decided to at this place after reading about it in the guide book. I paid 200,000 and shared room with an army of ants, lizards, dragonfly, moths and yes you've guessed it mosquitoes! One staff member was helpful the others were not. The room was dirty as we're the bed sheets. The hot water shower was scalding!

From the Hotel you can reach Borobudur Temple in 10 minutes by walk, so very good location. We had economy rooms and they were quite dirty, the toilet was quite dirty too and we found a cockroach in the room. We used sleeping bag to lay in the bed, but for me it was ok just to sleep and wake... More

Unfortunately our (2 persons) stay at the Lotus 2 hotel was double booked and our driver (local guy from Yogya) strongly recommended us to stay at the Rajasa. An old lady (could be the owner, but did not introduce herself) gave us no welcome at all and started of negotiations on room prices instantly. After having seen several of the... More

My friend and I stayed there in June 2010 mainly because it's only about a half kilometer to Borobudur, and at that time I was going to attend an annual dance performance. The caretaker lady was very friendly and good-humored, and we couldn't find a single bit about the food. She also provided us helpful information about Yogya trip we... More

This hotel has clearly seen better times (or so I hope) - the rooms are small, dark and far from cozy. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired -and this is putting it nicely. Bring your own sleeping bag. For what you get, this hotel is quite overpriced. As a matter of fact, the only nice thing to be... More

The room was spacious but not very well maintained. The walls are thin and hence can get noisy as many people stay at Rajasa considering its proximity to the Borobudur temple. They provided us with clean towels and unlimited hot water, however the table fan in the room did not work well. Food was okay, nice complementary breakfast with fruits... More
