"rusak" -meaning broke,not functioning-is a word you will often hear.Our "de luxe room"was supposed to have hot water.But,so sorry,rusak.The staff is not very friendly and not speaks one word english.The room and bathroom are ok(apart from the hot water).The place is clean and quiet.The price is low,but maybe thanks to my ind.partner.If you really have to stay in Waikabubak,its ok...
