good choice for overnight by Venice on our trip from Côte d'Azur. Nice place, beautiful villa, comfortable suite and enjoyable garden park. When we arrived, there was italian wedding :)) we decided to go once more to Venice. It's only 20 km, also it's a great possibility to stay near by this romantic city. sure to come back More

This is a great alternative to staying in Venice. It is between the towns of Dolo and Mira, on the Riviera del Brenta, the canal that runs between Padua and Venice. It is in a villa built in 1884 that has been refurbished as a hotel. Although it has been completely modernized with air conditioning and mini bars in the... More

We are delighted that you liked the villa and its garden. The hotel is located between Venice and Padova, along the Riviera del Brenta, home of numerous Palladio villas. It's the perfect place if you want to visit Venice and relax! We are looking forward to welcoming you again. More

Wow! From the instant we drove through the gates we were impressed from the immaculate spacious gardens with fountains and statues to the grand entrance and foyer. Soaring ceilings, chandeliers and the biggest fireplace we have seen. The staff were excellent and very helpful despite our lack of Italian. This beautiful villa gave us a feeling of what it must... We just had a truly amazing stay at this wonderful villa on the Brenta. We have chosen this venue for its good reviews and for the charm of the villa. The villa is conveniently located to visit the Brenta region and the historic cities of Venice, Padua and Vicenza. The rooms are elegant, tall frescoed ceilings, Murano chandeliers, and nice... More

This was something we had wanted to do for some time. We have stayed in several 'residenze d'epoca' in Italy, including a stay in a beautiful palazzo in Umbria. This holiday we were in the Veneto and researched several places along the Brenta Canal, but this was the one that stole our heart. We were so glad they had a... More

We book this Villa to celebrate our wedding in June/11 -a Saturday- (we live in Canada). We made and confirmed the reservation for the event in Nov/10. A downpayment was sent in Dec/10. Several confirmations were received, info regarding details for the wedding day were discussed with the owner and the front desk's person several times as well. Then, just... More

We had the best holiday there and were in awe of how beautiful this Villa and grounds were. Waking up each morning and looking out onto those grounds was wonderful.Thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast each morning and had some really memorable Dinners in the restaurant too.You made our stay in Italy very special and we still day-dream about your beautiful place. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, the grounds are tranquil and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxed feel about the place. There was a wide range of food for breakfast including cereals, fresh fruits, pastries, cakes and also some hot food. You can eat your breakfast outside if you wish which was a... More

The grounds at this hotel are gorgeous, worth visiting just for that reason. Our windows opened onto the grounds and it was breathtaking. We chose this hotel as we understood we could reach Venice by bus quite easily but let me assure you it was not easy! Be informed of the bus schedule and allow about an hour to get... More

The best thing about this villa is looking at it from a distance, when it looks quite impressive. Once you get closer, however, it all starts to look rather shabby and neglected. The hotel blurb states that the villa has been "lovingly restored". The restorations actually appear to have been done cheaply or badly, and give the place a tacky... More
