Had a great stay! Good location...Pub right across the street! Clean bright nicely sized rooms and an awesome breakfast! Friendly staff too! Lovely garden area in the back. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Lovely B & B breakfasts were good plenty of variate, warm welcome. The property is a little way out of Waterford but we found it an easy trip into town for evening meals and also to do the town site seeing.
