I stayed in Hanora's cottage for 1 night 20 April with my nordic walking group and what a brilliant time we all had. “A Must place to visit”

If you are planing a visit to the Nire Valley and the Comeragh mountains this is the place to stay. From the wonderful welcome, to the delicious food and the all around pleasantness of the staff you will have a perfect break away. A definite place to stay.

“Fabulous place for a Walking Group”

Am just back from a wonderful weekend in the Nire Valley with my walking group. Over 40 of us stayed here and it was a great experience. The rooms are large, well fitted with excellent bathrooms, the seating area is well laid out and relaxing. But the food...... something else!! We are just back from 2 days in Hanora's cottage. The location is very good for walking and cycling and is geared towards travellers looking for peace and quiet.
