An enchanting hotel in an endearing town. The Hotel Picardia was near faultless. Nearly all the staff were lovely (there's always one exception!!)...... The room's furnishings, the reception room's roaring log fire, and a hugely decadent breakfast, were all oh-so-delightfully French. We had 3 days in late August - a good clean hotel with an adequate buffet breakfast. Although called an hotel it is in fact a B&B establishment with a small sitting area. OK for 3/4 days but perhaps not the place for a week or more. The paid hotel parking was full however the carpal opposite was slightly cheaper!
