We are on a visit to Chail Palace and on return we tried food at Hotel Kailash which is there is main market of Chail. We have ordered for Chicken Masala and Kadai Paneer.
Both items are really good and one must try it especially the Non-veg options.
However I should also mentioned that price of food is quite high...

This is an Excellent Economic Hotel in Excellent Location. We got our rooms on the top floor and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the valley and fresh air. Hotel is renovated with all the interior and exterior work done. So you will enjoy your stay here. Only one think they can improve is their kitchen service with more food items.
