We recently enjoyed a two night stay on the way to Mull. Highly recommend staying here, the accommodation was beautifully presented, scrupulously clean and the owners Sandra and Tony were both very welcoming and helpful, giving us advice on local places to visit. There were lot’s of nice touches that made it extra special such as fresh flowers in our... More

Very comfortable and attractive modern house in a rural location on picturesque east shore of Loch Awe. Large rooms and excellent modern bathrooms, complemented by sound cooking and excellent hospitality from Sandra and Tony. We hope to return, ere long.

We needed somewhere to stay after arriving at Glasgow airport fairly late in the evening en route for the Corran Lighthouse where we were staying. As we were too late to get the last ferry we stayed at Loch Awe House. The owners were extremely friendly and despite our very late arrival (11pm ish) couldn't have been more welcoming. We... More

We stopped for an overnight stay at Loch Awe House on our way down from touring Northern Scotland and fell instantly in love with the place and surrounding area. The hosts are a very warm, friendly and accommodating couple who will do their best to make you feel at home which we instantly did. We were aware that they are... More

One year after our first visit and everything was just as wonderful. The greeting, the place, the food and the welcome all first rate.Tony and Sandra continue to run a fine bed and breakfast in a beautiful location. They expertly provide all you need after a day's travel with your own sense of privacy.

This B&B is a true gem in the heart of the highlands, situated not far from one of the most photographed castle ruins in Scotland, and along the banks of Scotland's longest loch. The location is supremely peaceful, and the room and balcony were very private. Breakfast was sumptuous and it is also well worth booking dinner here, as it... More

A lovely B&B in a quiet location with fine views overlooking the loch. Tony and Sandra were excellent hosts, welcoming and helpful - we felt really at home. Rooms comfy, shower good, and the big bath a godsend after a day's hillwalking! Breakfast was really nice, especially the fresh fruit and the porridge with a cheeky dollop of cream. We'll... More

We spent one night here at the start of our Scottish holiday and were very impressed by the large room and lovely home cooked meal. Only negative was the tap water wasn't drinkable and a slightly off-putting brown colour! But they provided bottled water so there was no real problem at all.

This is a small B&B set in an excellent location for views over the loch. It is owned by a couple who could not do more to make you feel welcome and accommodate any needs. They have a great knowledge of the local area and can give good advice! Our room and en suite were big, immaculately clean and beautifully... More
