I was a little disappointed with the property but the location is spectacular. The positives: literally on the doorstep of your room is one of the most amazing beaches in the world. “Great as long as you don't get suite 2.”

I stayed here for 6 nights in December 2012. The air conditioning in our suite didn't work and wasn't fixed despite multiple complaints to the manager, Stephanie. If you want TV, music, pool games etc. this isn't for you. Galu Retreat only has 10 rooms and the level of service and friendliness is superb.
