Stayed here for 5 nights with husband and 2 dogs in Faughan Cottage. It was good to be able to book by the day rather than a whole week, which would have been an expensive waste, and to be able to bring the dogs at no extra cost. Our cottage- one of 3 in the old outbuildings of a beautiful... More

Thank you for taking the comment on your recent stay with us, your positive comments are greatly appreciated as we seek to ensure that everyone who stays in our cottages has an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Although I’m afraid we can’t do much about the weather (if only!), we were disappointed to read your comments regarding the quality of the... More

We had a week's stay in the delightful Foyle Cottage which was perfect for us. We had two teenagers and a toddler with us and all were happy. The garden's delightful, the cottage has a homely feel to it with everything we could need. My husband particularly liked the wood burning stove and the ample supply of logs across the... More

We stayed in Roe Loft for 3 nights at the end of March. We were warmly welcomed by Sarah and the dogs - I am a bit nervous of dogs but they were lovely friendly tail wagging pets! We were visiting relations in the area so were not around the farm much but we did walk up to the "glen"... More

We were in Northern Ireland visiting family, and found Drumcovitt House online. The estate itself is very big and very old. The grounds are lovely, and I am told by locals that many go there to have their wedding pictures taken. In back of the main house, which is now only for the family who operates the self-catering cottages, there... More

Stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for a few days to explore the sites of the north west of Northern Ireland. I stayed in a self-catering unit in converted farm buildings. Had a great welcome on arrival and was shown round the flat and explained all the essentials. I was only there three nights, but the owners had been kind to... More

We stayed in two of the self catering apartments (Faughan and Foyle) at Drumcovitt house over a long weekend. There were 11 of us total (7 of them kids ranging from age 4-13). The apartments were exceptionally clean, the fireplace made it extra cozy, and the hosts, Chris and Sarah, were extremely friendly and helpful. The kids loved the dogs... More

Self-catering apartment with two bedrooms (one upstairs, one down), nice kitchen and den. Lovely grounds, gardens, farmland. They have a big playroom for kids with a pool table, ping pong, and some toddler toys. There is a really nice path you can take from the "cottage" that runs along a field with sheep, cows, and meanders down by streambed. A... More

We have stayed at Drumcovitt several times with the first time in the Summer of 2000 and the most recent in November 2003. Both times we stayed in the self-catering cottages, the old barn converted into spacious and comfortable apartments. Florence and Frank were our hosts both times and we were sad to see that Frank passed away. They were... More
