Some relations booked in here for a short stay. They left after the first night, it was horrendous, the room was dirty, scruffy, smelly and very run down. Cheap at £44.00 for double room. However, the room was extremely small and basic and not enough room to take advantage of the tea/coffee making facility. Greyburns was one of the few B&Bs that were open and wanting money in Mablethorpe. Everyone else wasn't interested in two travellers for a single night. Anyone would think there wasn't a recession on. We ended up in Mablethorpe by pure chance and found it a hugely unwelcoming town. Not so Greyburn's.
