We stayed here for one night in december and thought the guest house was amazing. It is beautifully decorated and well cared for. Breakfast was fantastic. It is a fabulous guest house and we will be returning again and again. We were blown away with the attention and kindness from Andy & Jane. Nothing was too much. The rooms are super clean and spacious. It is in a perfect location. They spent a lot of time and love decorating it. Superb choice of breakfast. Incredible value... More

A friend of mine booked this B&B for me and I must say that she absolutely made a perfect choice. Even though I only stayed there for two nights I felt more than welcome by Jane and Andy. Rooms are spacious and absolutely clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast and even though I had to leave very early on the second... More

This was the first time we stayed here and Andy and Jane were the perfect hosts. A very attentive and welcoming couple who looked after us during our stay. The room was of a very high standard with plenty of room for all of us (2 adults & 2 children). The whole weekend break was made so much more enjoyable... More

We stayed here in July 2011. It was absolutely fantastic. Jane and Andy make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, Andy’s sense of humour is second to none. He had us in stitches every morning. Thanks for the double Yoke’s on my Breakfast Andy. The Location is great, only a short distance in Mablethorpe’s liveliest part... More
