Clean, comfortable rooms but there is no reception which means you wander about the bar looking for someone to provide a key. We stayed here for 2 nights, the reception desk does not seem to be staffed u go into the bar to get someone. Just home after spending two night Groupon deal at the Balmoral. On the Friday night we dined for my husbands birthday in Restaurant 23. Three courses for £14.95 and cooked by Raymond McArdle who was a competitor in the Great British Menu Programme.
