I am in total agreement with all those who have given an excellent rating for this hotel. However, I have been informed that now the company management deem it acceptable to issue only 1 pair of towels per room (double!). Is this true?, if so they can expect a lot more less than excellent reviews.

Reception was very friendly, room very clean, power shower very good and nice and quiet. Plenty of free parking and easy to find. Good standard Premier Inn - Harvester on site with access to other drive through outlets

Great staff could not be more helpful. Gareth and Kirstin especially Breakfast filling, good value and tasty. Rooms were good, comfortable and clean. However car park busy shares with Harverster, if eating get in early.

We were travelling to a family celebration and occupied several rooms. Everyone thought all the staff were friendly and helpful from receptionists, breakfast staff and cleaners. Stayed for 2 nights 19th / 20th March. Room was clean, new, shower fantastic. Staff all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and filling. We had a family do down in Pontypool travelling down from Aberystwyth,our daughters were working so unable to join us, so we thought to take the two grandsons with us..... We had a 3 night stay. Very comfortable Bed, the room was up to Premier Inns usual very high standard, we always stay in Premier Inns where it is convenient for our journey or visiting friends. Also the Harvester Restaurant was excellent

Excellent hotel, lovely comfy bed and very clean room. I wouldnt hesitate to book here again. The guy who checked us in on reception was really friendly and a credit to the company. The Harvester is next door and a nice pub for a drink.
