Stayed here for one night with my boyfriend. Perfect getaway- quiet setting, luxurious room, and professional staff (who went out of their way to assist us). Our stay at the Satis was not planned in advance so not too sure what to expect. What we found were the most accommodating hosts, a quirky comfortable room with the deepest bath ever and an exceptional dinner experience. The yummy poached egg at breakfast rounded up the perfect two night visit. We will hopefully visit this area again soon.... More

There was some confusion when we arrived on the package we had booked. However the staff promptly apologied, brought us two glasses of champagne and arranged for robes to be sent to our room. The meal in the restaurant was excellent in presentation and flavour. Also accompanied with a free bottle of wine to make up for the package confusion.... More

A business stay in a super small hotel. The Framlingham Suite was spacious, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. The only downside .... a very noisy owl outside the window! Better than traffic noise though.

Always my first choice when that way on business, cant always get in because they have limited rooms. A very comfortable stay (although could have done with better pillows). Room v generous. Great detail - fresh milk for tea in the fridge; teapigs tea and kit kat in the rooms, good products etc. Food very good but shouldn't charge for having espresso at breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a two night break. First disappointment was the bedroom .Dirty,worn carpet that had certainly seen better days. Chipped toilet seat and plastic toilet brush.
