“Poor Customer Service”

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE by Mukeshbhai - he was on night duty from midnight to midday and was very rude, shouting at guests and staff and he couldn't be bothered to do anything. NO hot water even though it was supposed to be provided from 6am to 10am - his excuse was that " it has been used up and should... More

“Fantastic Hotel”
