“Wish we could stay longer!”

Our group was performing in Dalhousie and the presenters arranged a 2 bdrm cottage for us at the Heron's Nest. The cottage overlooks the water (haven't had time to get our bearings but I'm guessing its the Gulf of St Lawrence)... So beautiful! For families, there is park right across the road. In the area on business again - January 2013. Lovely cottage with a full kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. I like the new Keurig coffee machine and selection of coffees. I will be back next trip to the area.

“Enjoyable Stay”

We stayed in November for a week in a two bedroom cottage with our pet. They are a little plain but very comfortable and extremely clean. Very well equipped and there is a beautiful view of the bay. The location was excellent as we were visiting friends in Charlo and Dalhousie and we were between both.

My mother and I stayed at the Heron’s Nest Cottages Dec 24-27, 2011. The stay was very enjoyable. We were in a 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage itself is a little plain, but it is very cozy and comfortable and most importantly clean. I am staying here for a couple of nights while working in the area. It is February. I arrived last evening my chalet is well appointed. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Lovely living room with electric fireplace.. Slept like a log. Owners are very friendly and accomodating.
