Had a perfect stay at this bunkhouse recently. A beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage, with wonderful views in every direction. The standard of cleanliness would put my own home to shame!! We stayed in the bunkhouse, which is actually a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with a modern fitted kitchen and cosy living room. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of places for luggage and for travel cots. Beautiful views of the water and lambs during the day and perfect for deer spotting in the evening. We stayed here in July 2012 for two nights in the bunkhouse. It was my first time sleeping in a bunk house and didn't know what to expect. Well this one was certainly a good first time., It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Great place to stay and tour north Uist.

We elected to stay in the bunkhouse rather than the campsite after the horrendous weather had sapped our will whilst cycling, and what a treat it was! we have camped from the knordkapp in norway to the tip of the peloponesse in greece and this site is up there with the best of them..great location owners and facilities.if you visit the isles and intend to use campsites you will not be dissappointed with this one...

Stayed here in September 2012 - our original plan was to camp but high winds made the bunkhouse a more appealing prospect. Bunkhouse was clean, comfortable and bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent. The bunkhouse had been very well refurbished and was a great place to stay. Owners were very helpful and accomodating. Lovely location.

We loved staying here! the hosts couldn't do enough and the place had everything you could need. it was immaculately clean, cosy, games, books and DVDs to select from for entertainment and comfy beds as well. We stayed here in July 2012 for three nights (we had planned to stay one...but couldn't drag ourselves away). What a gem of a campsite.
