My stay at the Springfield Guest House was brilliant. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Danielle and Gavin were lovely hosts. The breakfast was beautiful and overall we had a great weekend. I will definitely be coming back again and would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Rothbury.

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay once again Danielle and Gavin made us feels so welcome :) the room was perfect warm and cosy, fantastic getaway for a few day would defiantly recommend it. Can not wait to book back up towards the end of the year.

We stayed at the Springfield for 3 nights in March 2013. Although Danielle wasn't there to greet us, there is a sign up advising newcomers how to contact her and a phone with which to ring her. The bedroom was Ok but ,the bathroom was cramped.Sink waste pipe leaked so you could wash your feet while you cleaned your teeth ! Breakfast good. I thought this b&b was awesome. The room was spacious and had all necessary amenities (plenty of tea, lovely sheets, very fluffy towels) Breakfast was really good. The staff are also awesome and very cheerful
