Cool laid back place outside of Shangri La, a mini bus will take you there upon request for a cheap fair. The staff is nice and live at local pace. No internet before 7pm and they shut down the restaurant (and internet) at 11pm, not sure why. Food's alright, no heating in the rooms but heated blankets. went there a... More
