Only stayed 1 night here en-route back to the UK. Excellent shuttle bus service. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Only negative point was chargable wi-fi in room (albeit free in business centre) Didnt eat in hotel as food/drinks looked expensive.

Novotel at Bangkok airport is well located, 3 minute walk from terminal. Nice workout room. Good breakfast. Speed of internet is good even though you have to pay. Perfect place to stay when you need something close to BKK and have an early flight the next morning. Will be sure to stay again.

We found the room very depressing due to the decor and the choice of colors of rugs and curtains. The lobby looks great and is actually very grand, however, the rooms will turn you down for sure. Not recommended for city visit as its very far from the city.

Excellent location near the airport, very convenient. Definitely the place to stay if you are transiting for a day in Bangkok. Room and furniture is a bit dated though, but the bathroom was great. The spa was surprisingly good! I had the jet-lag hot oil massage and the spa ambience was great. Really relieved my tired, jet-lagged muscles.
