The Holiday Inn Express at Cardiff Int`l Airport is not only cheaper and does not only have larger rooms than the 5 Star HI Central, their Staff are the BEST in the Business. Maybe the HI Central can send some staff for training in Client Relations to learn from the HI Express @ Cardiff Airport.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during a cardiff stopover. The check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were clean and spacios as was the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was a real bonus. The hotel is a short drive from Cardiff centre.

Stopped here twice when on business in Cardiff. Very good value for money, both times have had a room overlooking the apron and runway which is geek heaven for me! Friendly staff and considering the food in the bar is nuked its not bad.. Would recommend it to anyone on business or flying out of Cardiff.
