Cannot fault this hotel at all. Very clean and modern. Nice friendly staff. Good value for money. Food very nice. Only slight bug bear - 15 minute drive from Brighton town centre, so no good if you want city break or using public transport.

Close to CAE facilities. Warm and kind team. Very good to rest and sleep, no noise at all. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The price is not bad at all but a little bit expensive for all the service.

My two youn sons and I stayed in room 17. The beds were made up prior to arrival so ratty tired kids just got straight in! Room was large, clean and welcoming. I am always wary with budget hotels, but this was fantastic. Polite, friendly and eloquent staff (and wide awake despite my 10:30pm check in and 8:00 check out!). We stayed just one night but everything was perfect for us. Comfort, attentiveness of staff, good value. Easy access to Brighton and London. The restaurant was good and staff were helpful. Would stay again.
