Went for sunday roast last weekend at the compasses inn, lovely place , lovely garden nice views. But best of all the Roast was delicious with 2 small children as well . I am usually fussy about eating out for roast dinner but thoroughly enjoyed it especially the roast potatoes yummy .

tried to give us a worng starter should have been a large flat mushroom and tried to give us a small button mushrooms. the main course which is Languine with wild mushrooms was inedible. overcharge on the bill and was very rude when pointed out. And was told not to come back again!
