This was the second time we have stayed at St Aubyns and again found the service and comfort over and above one would expect from a guest house.The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean.Every day we were sent of with a full breakfast with plenty of choice.A very pleasant stay.Thank you Mark and Steve.We'll be back!John & Jean Murphy.

A warm welcome from Mark & Steve made our stay at their spotlessly clean guest house very enjoyable. Situated a stones throw from the centre of Burnham, it is an ideal location to explore the town. A lovely cooked breakfast ensured you had a good start to the day. A very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

As a shop fitter/builder I travel around the country a lot, therefore stay in plenty of b+b's. This has to be the best, most welcome place ive stayed. Soon as you walk in the door your made to feel at home. Rooms are of a great standard and an excellent value for money. 10 out of 10 from me.

We stayed this weekend 17th/18th March 2013 and St Aubyns is wonderful. So clean. Mark and Steve make you feel most welcome and our rooms were beautiful. This is THE place to stay in Burnham on Sea. For the past 10 years we have only stayed in hotels and paid in london upto £220 per night! We stayed here for my birthday (Have a static van nearby) and had the four poster bedroom and what a lovely stay. We only stay One night in room No 7 as we were visiting family.Our room was perfect, clean and tidy and plenty of room, could not have asked for anything better.There was a good of choose for breakfast and all cooked to order. We would definitely recommend this guest house and would book again when in the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed in room 4 last weekend. We had the best time. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We'll be booking again most definitely. Thanks for a great time. We would recommend this B + B to all. Get booking but don't all rush for room 4. It has wonderful memories for us.
