“The best location”

Althogh not as grand as the "Galaxy" or other newly opened five-star group hotels, Sofitel Macau definitely has the best location for local food amongst all others. All famous restaurants for traditional local food are within walking distance.

The room at this hotel was both large and well priced, in fact the room was less than the cost of a room at other similar hotels in the area. The facilities were immaculate. We cannot say enough great things about this hotel, city and it's wonderful people. One of the most enjoyable places we have ever stayed.

“Breakout stay”

The pillow is too soft for both of us, I got a half use of body bath and requested for a new one but took over 20mins to bring it over. General cleanliness is acceptable, but the entrance lobby been aged which suggest to have a change over.

“Comfortable stay in a good location”

2-days one night spent here was good. It is within walking distance to the town and attraction sites. Spacious room with good view and comfortable bed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you prefer sightseeing, this is a good choice as it located at the old Macau, right next the water and you could see firework even you stay at your room.
