We just came back from the trip from the Palma Mallorka. It was very nice apart from the bad experience in the hotel reception.Even though we have paid for the holidays in march ,they try to charged us second time ,even though we showed them copy of the receipt ,last minute confirmation etc.We called Lat minute.com and after several minutes... The staff were all very pleasent to deal with, and quite helpful when required. The room was basis but large enough and there were two balconies. Be aware that things such as toasters, irons, kettles, microwaves, hairdryers etc need to rented from reception at about €10 a week. The kitchen has cutlery, a couple of pots, knives, forks and two... More
