Stayed here for one week. Lovely pool and apartments. Staff can not do enough to help. The place is spotless. Only 2min from the main strip. Try the peeking duck Chinese next door to The apartments . Fantastic Chinese. Always seems to be a few of the towel on Sun bed gang at these apartments though. But plenty of beds.

This was my second time to stay here and won't be my last. Everywhere spotless from apartments to poolside toilets. Staff were very helpful. The only downside were the thin walls of the apartments! You can hear everything that goes on in other apartments, ear plugs recommended for good night sleep!

My third visit to La Penita. They are well situated just one street back from the main Avenida de Las Playas but dont suffer from any noise problems. Had a fab week at La Penita at the end of March 2013. Weather was fantastic. Cant really fault the apartments other than not really enough space for sunbeds, you can hardly move them around. tis place was quiet when you need it at night time short distance to the beach, handy for the shops and great for all the night life. plenty of place to walk when it gets a bit hot. the market is a must tricky getting there. not pestered with time share or resetaunts
