Stayed there in April for 11 nights. Great hotel for food, hotel cleanliness and pool area. Only 2 things to complain about. First is the beds and pillows,both extremely hard difficult to get good nights sleep even after requesting and getting 'softer pillows?' Second was the attitude of head waiter to non-Spanish, off handed and dismisive.

Would recommend this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are well equipped although a little dated but clean and very comfortable. Have just spent two very pleasant weeks in the Vik hotel San Antonio, Puerto del Carmen. Found reception staff to be incredibly polite,friendly and knowledgable, and always willing to help whatever the issue. Very spacious room,beautiful bathroom.
